Shipping & Returns

Due to the current shipping rates shipping is only available to the US. If you are located outside the US, my books are available for purchase on Amazon in Ebook, Paperback, and for some books in audio. 

As a small business, I want to offer the best customer service possible, however, once an order has been placed it can not be canceled. I do not accept returns on orders once they have been received.

If an order has been damaged in transit please contact me within 5 days of it's arrival. Photos of the damaged package are required for further soultion. A partial refund may be available if you wish to keep the item. Or a return shipping label may be available if you wish to return it. If you choose to return the item, you have 3 days to activate the return shipping label. Once the shipping label has been updated, you will receive store credit for the product amount for a replacement. Store credit must be used in the same month it's activate or it will be canceled.
